A: Contact our support team with your registered email. We will review and resolve within 24 hours.
Q: Is listing a room as a landlord really free?
A: Yes — always. Your first listing stays active for 30 days. If it expires, you can mark it available again for free, which extends it another 15 days. No payment is ever required from landlords.
Q: Do I need to pay anything to renew my listing?
A: No. Renewing an expired listing is free — just click "Make Available Again" on your dashboard.
Q: Is my phone number visible to everyone?
A: No. For tenants: your number is only shared after you reveal a landlord number. For landlords: number is only shared after a tenant sends an enquiry.
